When John Delorian starting working on his first dream car after stepping down from General Motors he never envisioned it would be his last car. John used his car to time travel a few years in the future and after seeing his car as the headliner of one of the best sci-fi movies of all time, he was convinced that his car was going to be a success! All kidding aside, It just so turned out that the car market was at a all-time low and his DMC-12 wasn’t selling fast enough which is sad because John was on the right track at the wrong time. While never getting more then about 9,000 in circulation, the Delorian is one of the most iconic cars of all time.
